Perpetual Adoration
Around-the-clock adoration continues at St. Bonaventure Church as it has since February 14, 1961. Key to the success of the perpetual adoration is the parishioners who faithfully keep their assigned hours every week or serve as substitute adorers. Perpetual Adoration refreshes the soul of participants. We are always in need of new adorers.

Right to Life
This ministry is dedicated to defending human life from conception to natural death. The group works to build a “culture of life,” primarily through prayer, but also by educating the community about practices that uphold the dignity of life. Through prayer and periodic events, they strive to change the political environment that makes abortion and physician assisted suicide legal in our society.

Church Decorators
To enhance liturgical celebrations and reflect the current liturgical season, our worship space is decorated with fabric, flowers and art. Volunteers with artistic or interior design skills are needed to plan the space, as well as people who can assist with the physical needs of preparing our sanctuary for worship.

Church Cleaners
The church cleaners ensure the church is ready for all liturgical celebrations by cleaning it on a weekly basis. They clean the sanctuary and sacristy and arrange the missalettes in the pews, to name just a few of their duties.

Funeral Dinners
As a service to the family who is grieving, our parish provides a meal immediately following the funeral service. Often the groups served can be quite large, so many volunteers are needed to prepare and serve the meal.

Meals on Wheels
Columbus has a large number of meals delivered from the Meals on Wheels program. Volunteers pick up the meals and deliver them to the needy throughout the area. St. Bonaventure sponsors this ministry for one week every six weeks.
