The mission of this committee to our parish is to foster and promote vocations to the priesthood and religious life. Members grow through fellowship, education and Christian service.

Home & School Association/Scrip Program

The Home & School Association is made up of St. Bonaventure’s school parents and manages the Scrip Program to provide the school with much needed extra financial support. In addition to fundraising, the association provides a meal during Catholic Schools Week and Parent/Teacher conferences for the faculty, hosts the 6th grade graduation, sponsors an end-of-the-year picnic, and provides volunteers to help with recess duty and many other projects.

Parish Total Board of Education

The board advises the pastor, principal, preschool director and PRE coordinator in matters of policy, to evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies, to promote understanding and support of the school, preschool and PRE program and in the identification and articulation of educational plans and recruitment.

Scotus Board of Education

This board comprised of three representatives from each of the three parishes, acts as a consultative body, aiding the three pastors and school president to establish school policies and procedures for Scotus.

Cemetery Board

The Cemetery Board is responsible for selling available plots, keeping records of sold plots, and providing perpetual care for the cemetery grounds. From tree planting to mulching to special flower planting, this board ensures that the cemetery always honors the souls of the faithful departed buried in both of our Catholic cemeteries.
